MAXWAY Trailer produce different types of Tipping flatbed semi trailer for container and dry cargo, such as Tipping Flatbed semi trailer, Tipping Container carrier trailer,Tipping Skeletal trailer,Tipping container Flatbed trailer, etc.

Tipping Flatbed semi trailer especially is used for container carrier transport and dry cargo transport. The transport flatbed semi trailer production may be varied as per customer demand or requests so that with different specifications from 20 tons up to 80 tons.

Suitable for carrying any different sizes containers (20,30,40 feet containers) that can be arranged with twist locks.(4/8/12 locks). It is also possible to carry different materials when side doors added on it. 

Chassis: 

Strengthened “I” section centre members are welded automatically by submerged welding machine. They are welded between 140/14 mm bottom or top steel plate and 5 mm hub plate. 

Axles: 

BPW, FUWA or local famous brand Axles brake drum or disc 

There are brake shoes and heavy brake levers suitable for TSE norms 

Suspensions ; 

It is supplied with Turkish brand of 6 pcs of air cushion with Z leaf spring or mechanical leaf spring suspension with 12 mm x 12 pcs of layer with 100 mm width 

Hydraulic:

Tipper movement is provided by  level 5 or 6 heavy telescopic cylinder brand certificated HYVA type or Local Famous Brand provides 45 degree tilt angle. Oil tank will be added to trailer, hydraulic contact between trailer and conveyor, is provided by 2 sockets

Brake System ; 

ABS braking system will be used. 

Brake Chambers ; 

1 Axles with T 30/30 emergency brake chamber,2 axles with T 30 service brake chambers 

Electrical System ;  

2×7 pin sockets – 24V, lights accord to standard in SAE rear stop lamps, side marker lamps, brake safety warning lamps and signal light fitted at the rear 

2 tail & stop combined lamps (red) 

2 turn signal combined lamps (orange) 

1 license lamp (white)

King Pin ; 

JOST,  FUWA or local famous brand king pin standards 2’’ or 3,5’’ king pin detachable from below made by SAE standards 8 bolt type.   

Landing Gear ; 

JOST,  FUWA or local famous brand parking leg and king pin brand front Jack feet are telescopic,parallel working,double speed jointed with wide shoes static 50 tons, dynamic 25 tons capacity 

Painting ;  

Before the painting trailer is sand blasted 

ZincRich epoxy gray is used for first protecting. 

1-2 Times of high quality paints are applied on trailer protects against humadity 

The color of trailer is selected by our customer according to RAL codes
